Professional makeup school question?

for people that want to go to professional makeup schools


is it best to like take a basic cosmetology class before going to a actual professional makeup school? just to kind of learn the basics. i would think so...but i need to know for sure.

There isn't a 'Basic' cosmetology class...There's one course, which is quite expensive, and not worth it, If your only going through it to learn the basics of make up. Unless your intreseted in Hair and Nails, and skin too. Then go straight to the make up school...If your intreseted in Nails and Skin and Hair, Then you can always take specializing classes in Make up, after you become licensed.
