SEPHORA does some great makeup brush sets in this price range. You are almost better off buying one better quality brush at a time so that they last longer.Where to get a professional makeup brush set for a cheap price? Maybe under $15?

Try an outlet mall. They have just about every store you can imagine. I used to sell Avon years ago and they have some really good ones.

If you have an Ulta beauty store - sometimes that along with their coupon can yield good a good price (you can get the coupon from the website). There are also some professional brush sets from ebay as well if you use them at all.
If you don't use ALL those brushes - the best thing to do is to take a look at what brushes you really do use and purchases those. Even Walgreens has some good makeup brushes that has good grip handles.
