How can a candidate who spends almost $6,000 dollars on a professional makeup artist say he's going to cut ?

government spending?

McCain hired a profeesional makeup artist at $6,000 a pop. Makes John Edwards' $400 haircuts look like chump change. How can a candidate who spends almost $6,000 dollars on a professional makeup artist say he's going to cut ?
/ Obama brags about the wealthiest man in the world wants to vote for him. He's proud that Warren Buffet wants him in the White House.

I'm proud that Joe the Plumber wants Sen. McCain in the White House.

Even as a democrat supporting Obama I can't blame the guy. Modern politics show that people's image, sound bites, etc., mean more and more due to our reliance on images. Prime example is in Kennedy versus Nixon. Kennedy, heartthrob of American politics versus Nixon, the sweating short squeamish looking man. People like taller men in politics, it happens.

So I don't blame him for needing a makeup artist to try to get to a better image level. It's a lot about image.
He has the money. He never claimed to be an advocate for the poor like Edwards did. I give this one to McCain. Obama got my vote, though...

edit - the money might have been better spent on a coach to teach him to not avoid eye contact in debate #1, wander aimlessly in debate #2, and scribble furiously on his notepad in debate #1-3.
When your wife is worth 100 million dollars, you can get made up by who ever you want.
You do know Obama has spent the most money ever (on a presidential campaign) in presidential history?
Well now. If I looked like McCain, AND I had the bucks, well..
he cant relate he;s the real elitist
I dunno... I think he should ask for a refund... If thats what he looks like AFTER $6000 worth of work...
