Where can someone learn how to apply PROFESSIONAL makeup?

I mean really good one, like red carpet worthy.Where can someone learn how to apply PROFESSIONAL makeup?
A full service salon will apply makeup for a fee. You can learn a lot just by observing.

youtube!!! there are thousands of demonstrations from professional people that you could watch. its very helpful. you could also go to a makeup counter and find a person who does a good job at makeup. ask them and they will be more than willing to help you achieve the style you want! good luck!
go to college but then i live in the uk not sure where u live so depends on the country the colleges in england are really good got loadsa choice of makeup courses and will let u know wot to do next :)
