USE DEEP BROWN!
i'm no professional but I think I can help.
Stick with smokey earth tones and cool colors.They are subtle colors that complement your eye color well.For a dramatic look use dark browns and black.
Use black mascara for either look just vary the amount to what satifies you.
Milani is the best for i could suggest and it's less expensive than others.
try purples eye shadow and black- browns eye liners (just enough to show) with lit pink lip gloss
