Can a professional makeup artist turn Caucasian eyes into Asian (or exotic, slanted) eyes without prostetics and makeup (like perhaps with tape or glue)? Please post info.Professional Makeup Artist?
paint black thin line on top only....not only cat eye it on the outside but paint the line on the inside of yr eye to the (inside) point. make it a miniscule thicker in the middle.
