You would have to call an agency so you can fill out an application or open a salon and get discovered or go to beauty school, that way you have three options=]Professional makeup artist?
Check out the makeup artist message board, I'm sure they can help you best. If not, start making some phone calls to beauty schools until you get the information you want.

You need to take a cosmetology course in highschool and also college. Also go to a beauty school for college.
